AGI is certainly relevant in cases where your animations are longer than the hard skill delay on the skill.
Attack speed decreases the length of attack and skill use animations.

When party members are at full health and buffed, proceed to debuffing enemies with Lex Aeterna and Oratio.
You can cast Odin's Power on the enemy to reduce their DEF and MDEF.
If your tank are struggling against it, do not cast Odin's Power on the enemy!
Softening the enemy's defenses to make it easier for the DPS to kill is not worth putting your tank at risk, and so for party.
